ITEC certified holistic massage therapy, built on Jing Method clinical and sports training — for people who want relief that's both grounded in anatomy and genuinely restful.
Each stage adds a different lens on the body — relaxation and holistic care, then clinical and sports-specific treatment, and next, structural and osteopathic assessment.
Foundational training in rehabilitation and patient care, underpinning how injuries, mobility, and recovery are assessed in every session since.
Whole-body, relaxation-focused massage grounded in internationally recognised ITEC training — the foundation of every session.
Advanced training in clinical assessment and sports massage, focused on treating pain, restriction, and injury rather than relaxation alone.
Currently studying manual osteopathy, expanding into structural assessment and manual therapy for a more complete scope of care.
Every session starts with a conversation about what's going on, so the approach can shift between restful and targeted as needed.
Full-body, ITEC certified massage focused on relaxation, circulation, and overall wellbeing. A gentler entry point for anyone new to bodywork.
Targeted, assessment-based treatment for pain, tightness, overuse, and training recovery, drawing on Jing Method clinical technique.
A structural, whole-body approach to assessment and treatment. Currently in training at SOCO — offered once studies are complete.
I'm a bodyworker — ITEC certified in holistic massage and trained in the Jing Method's clinical and sports techniques — not a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Sessions currently aren't eligible for direct insurance billing; that becomes available once my manual osteopathy training at SOCO is complete.
I got into massage because I wanted to actually understand why people hurt, not just how to make them feel good for an hour.
That's shaped how I trained: starting with a diploma in occupational and physiotherapy assisting, then ITEC holistic massage, then going further into the Jing Method's clinical and sports approach so I could work with real injuries, chronic tension, and athletic recovery, not just relaxation. I'm now studying manual osteopathy at SOCO to keep building on that foundation.
Every session is built around what you actually need that day, whether that's a slow, restorative hour or focused work on a specific problem area.
